Nothing has changed since your last successful call - indeed nothing has changed since the service was launched in May last year.
This is most likely a problem in your local network. Can you ping TiVo from your PC? Can your TiVo ping your router? Can it ping the altepg server? Has your router been powered off while you were away and restarted with different settings?
