Those logs look OK to me and seem to confirm your TiVo is downloading the data OK, which suggests the problem is something on the TiVo itself. Try unplugging the TiVo from the mains for a few minutes then plug back in and give it a day to see if it sorts itself out.
You could try a "Clear Download Logs" in the AltEPG Account Management - this will force the TiVo to download all the guide data again. It might also be worth changing the "Programme Guide" setting from "Standard" to "TMS-ID" at the same time, see

If that fails and you eventually run out of Guide data try re-running Guided setup.
I don't know if You did a "Clear and Delete Programme Data & To Do List" when you first switched to using AltEPG, see
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=670#A134 If you didn't it may be your TiVo has a mixture of old and new data and that is causing a problem. If you didn't do this Clear and Delete then as a last resort you could try it now, although it does mean losing all your Season Passes, Thumbs Data etc so I really mean as a last resort.
