Programme guide not updating

My TiVo is displaying "Only 6 days of Programme Guide data remain .... "

It has been successfully making the daily call (or at least, it appears to have been)

No-one else has commented so presumably it is my box which is having the trouble and not a problem at 'your' end

Ideas please?

Have you tried checking the server log?

1) Log-in to the website at http://www.altepg.com/accountManagement/
2) Click on your TiVo serial number
3) Click on "View Server Logs"
4) Response is mostly geek-speak but check "tclient_result" and for the lines at the bottom which say "tclient_download"

5) Go back to the main screen and click "Clear Download Logs"
6) Force your TiVo to make a daily call (or wait for next scheduled call)

Hi ..

Followed through your info, but no logs shown on the page .. tried going to earlier dates .. none have any logs ..

Have done a restart .. see what things look like tomorrow ......

Further investigation ..

Daily call runs through correctly and 'call' screen shows EPG to Friday 29th ..

None of the functions on the 'Find Programmes to Record' screen see beyond tomorrow 21st ..

Looking at the actual EPG (Live TV button twice) it shows all programmes/channels to around the 29th.

I can select a future programme from there to record, and it shows in the ToDo list .. but if i then select it from there and click 'show future programmes' it doesn't itself show ..

I have rebooted and Powered off/on but makes no difference

Now its gets curious ..

I have booted up a TiVo in the spare room .. Daily call fine .. but exactly the same as above except nothing in the todo list at all .. (the main one (above) has been in use, but this one has been powered down for weeks so no residual epg)

But again, actual EPG (Live TV button twice) shows programmes

..............

I do have another set-up, in my caravan .. later I'll see if I can fire that up to see what that does ..

Now started up the one in the caravan .. works fine .. only difference is that the internet connection was via O2 on my mobile whereas the two in the house are via my landline provider .. talktalk . (i have powerered off and on the modem) .. maybe I'll have to go and live in the caravan

Have just rejigged set up, connected main tivo to the internet via my mobile .. daily call and everything works .. todo list fine .. problem somehow with talktalk modem/connection .. my brain hurts ..
