web plus instructions?

Hi, could someone point me to a thread or site that has instructions to upgrade my tivo web v1.2 to web plus v2......

I have no idea about any of this so i need command by command instructions.

I am able to telnet into my tivo but beyond that i am clueless.

i have had a search but not been able to find anything.

I'm sure someone will be along soon to advise, but a few S1 users (me included) have had problems running 2.0 or TivowebPlus. Some of the modules and features can tie up the processor, my tivo's run much smoother with 1.9.4.
