Last night's fetch did not complete, and so last night's slices are missing a new day's listings for some stations. I think I have now corrected the problem and the missing data should be included in tonight's slices.

Surely today's new slices were from yesterday's fetch (with yesterday's fixes). Isn't only today's fetch which was affected which would have been new data in slices for the first time tomorrow anyway? Ie first thing this morning I had nothing new to fix because of the aborted fetch, but now we are back on track as normal?
It may be useful to log which stationdays needed a manual kick for reference.

Yes, you're quite right MrT. It's tonight's slice build which will tell us whether the problem is fixed.
Missing days of listings for CH5P1 and WATCHHD

Update: last night's slice build and fetch look to have completed without problems so we'll move on to the next issue.
Currently there are no listings for new stations CH5P1 and WATCHHD until Thu 15 Dec. This is because listings for these stations is generated automatically when listings for their respective base stations (CH5 and WATCHUK) are inserted, and we are fetching data 9 days in advance. I'm working on resolving this and will update this thread if/when it's sorted.
Update 9 Dec: now looks to be resolved.
Extra data over Xmas week

Eagle-eyed users will no doubt have noticed that today's download contains the maximum 14 days of guide data that the oztivo system allows. This takes advantage of the Radio Times feed publishing more data, earlier than normal at this time of year (you'll see this on all the websites this week too).
As you know our system does not yet allow automatic updating when the schedules change, so this does carry a risk. The further ahead we fetch, the more likely it is that that day's schedule will change. However, this time of year is unique and the risk is lower - all the scheduling staff want time off over Xmas and so what they publish as the schedule is more or less set in stone. They aren't around to make the continuous tweaks to the schedules that are such a headache for the rest of the year.
We will reset back down to 10 days whenever the data feed returns to normal or when the cat-and-mouse scheduling updates resume, whichever happens first.

We now have these channels which, at the moment, are always empty with no data:
BODYINB
PROPEL
MOVIE24 and MOVIE24P
SONYENT and SONYENT1
SHOWCS and SHOWCS2
If anything else is empty, then it's a problem - please let us know! Many thanks.

We think we have identified the cause of the recent gaps in guide data. In tomorrow's download these gaps should all (hopefully) be filled.

New channel 4Seven, which launches tomorrow, was added to our lineups yesterday. We now have listings for it so tomorrow morning's download should contain the guide data for it.

If your Tivo is repeatedly rebooting do not panic! There seems to be a problem with one of the data downloads that is causing this, see
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1836 for more information.

Seems the word is stop TiVo either dialing in or trying to download the bad data at this stage.

Possibly a premature update on this, but my Tivo made its first successful call in the last 2 days @ 5.26pm today and all appears to be good and stable at the moment...
