Changing back from Network to Dialup

I'll not bore you with how I reached this point, but:-
My existing Tivo - ( best £99's worth I ever bought, in 2002) gave up connecting to the Net for updates last Sunday (via the Tivo Heaven Cachecard I bought in 2008). Program Data runs out 25th July.
Can no longer connect to Tivo via FTP etc, so can't check for file corruption etc. so...
I'm trying to connect via dialup (using a One For All), as the easiest way round, but it doesn't dial out in spite of my changing the settings to 0161... etc.
I understand there are some remote control commands I may need to use to change the Dial-in Configuration Code - it's 000,TFA3 at present.
Can anyone tell me what the codes are, please, before this cheapskate pensioner reluctantly takes the plunge of ordering a VM Tivo?
Many thanks
