No Guide Data Available?!

Hi, have been away on a few weeks holiday and on return one of my Tivos has no guide data (the other is fine).
When I do the daily call it seems to work OK (test call all good too) but comes up with no guide data available whcih there clearly is as the other Tivo has it.
Any ideas?

Your "lounge" tivo I assume (serial no ending 48).

The server logs say it's up to date with guide data, so making a normal daily call won't download any more data.
You can force the server to re-send all the available data by clearing the download logs (go to www.altepg.com/am and use the "Clear Download Logs" button.
This might sort things out. But first I would take a look at your tivo's logs to see if anything is being reported there. In particular look at /var/log/Otclient.

couldn't see anything untoward locally so rebooted and retried and it suddenly now has guide data.
don't really understand why but happy enough.
