Can some one let me know how I change my email address in the "manager your account" section

Create a new account using your new email address, delete your tivo from your old account and then add it to your new account. (From here: http://www.tivoland.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1250&p=12143&hilit=change+email+address#p12143)

If you no longer have access to your old account you can use the "Transfer Ownership" button to move the TiVo to the new account.
