Daily Call Fails - Failed while loading series

I have not had any problems with the daily call until now. I have attempted several daily calls which all fail right at the end of loading data with the message
"Failed while loading series" . As it is a lightly used, I deleted the few season passes that I had and also deleted the thumb ratings and suggestions but it still continuse to fail.
Can any one please help as I will shortly run out of programming data.

I have cleared the programming data and the "to do list" but I still get the same error messge.

It failed shortly after displaying loaded 100% of the data.

There is message at 01/20:10:08:18 updateStatus: Failed IM| 42 19 49.
Could this be some form of hd error?

Having deleted everthing and repeated guided setup. I watch it downing loading the epg.
Everything was ok until it reached 100% 1min. It then appeared to flash up something like "number failed" and the straight away "error loading series"

Your problem looks similar to the one that spitfires had in the early days of AltEpg. See the first 1½ pages of this thread:

In that instance it was resolved by healeydave removing one of the messages. You might want to PM him and see if the same can be done for your message-20000039.slice.

Thanks. I will take a look at the post. I have already pm'ed him but not yet had a reply.
I will update him with your suggestion. It begs the question why my other tivo did not have the same problem.
