Failed - Call Interrupted

Just thought it was time to risk an upgrade to ver 1.0d...I should have known better! Did it via telnet, ran nic_config_tivo to give me my old fixed i.p. etc all went ok, did a test call, again ok BUT when doing a daily call I get the dreaded 'Failed-Call Interrupted' after about 2 mins of 'downloading' I did have a similar issue last year when trying to upgrade to 1.0d when I didn't even have 1.0c but thanks to a reply from millsb I just retraced my steps back to ver 1.0c and all was well, but this time I've gone back to ver 1.0c and I'm still unable to make the daily call, test call is fine, anyone any ideas?

I usually have to dial in 20 to 30 times before I am successful. Sometimes more. I have one box with a network card and it gives me no problems. I keep looking out for another card on Ebay.
