FREE Tivo + freeview box

Postby AMc » Thu May 21, 2015 10:48 am

Hi - you may remember me from the original tivocommunity forums with this username.

I have a Series 1 Thomson Tivo which was upgraded with cachecard and 128MB memory, probably 150GB in 2 drives and using the AltEPG (IIRC).
I also have a the remote, spare PSU, an OnDigital box and a Wharfedale Freeview box - the Wharfedale was very reliable and ran for months without problems when the whole system was decommissioned.
I'll also chuck in the high quality SCART leads I used to use with it.
It's been sitting unplugged in my AV cabinet for a few years now and while it was a faithful friend I'm never going to use it again.

The whole shebang is available free to anyone prepared to collect from just East of Norwich.

If you've like it and can't collect I work from home, so I can box it all up and you just need to arrange for a courier to collect.

If I haven't had any interest it will end up on the local Freegle group and then ... the tip :0

Packaged up and ready for Abarthman's courier to collect.
Thanks to all of you who made owning and hacking a Tivo so much fun.
