perhaps its me - but when i go into the register tivo page - I’m seeing problems with "invalid key error message"

I can get into the forum but not the altepg / manage account page.

can someone help / advise me I’m doing something.. incorrectly ?

(my tivo keeps having problems dialling out - just want to check the correct / current phone numbers - so see if i need to change my config ! .. many thanks)

I see an "Invalid site key" from reCAPTCHA Human Test on the Registration page as well so an admin will need to take a look at that (and possibly register a new key). I assume however you aren't registering a new TiVo so for a previously registered TiVo you should be able to access the Management page here (it works for me)

p.s. The forum and account management are separate so the name and/or passwords used can differ - are you sure you are using the correct ones?
