I'm trying to find my old TiVo Viewers Guide to set up the TiVo remote to my new TV

But I am coming up empty

Could someone please remind me how to do it?

From Main Menu-

Messages & Setup...Recorder & Call Setup...Remote Control Setup...Remote Control - TV

Select TV brand, e.g. Sony

Point remote away from Tivo

On remote, hold down TV Standby and Tivo buttons (top and top left on remote) for 5 secs. until LED glows continually.

Enter first code (0012) using remote numbers buttons. With TV switched on, point the remote at your T.V. and test by pressing the Mute button.

If this does not work, repeat using the next code (0018) etc.

Tip, if none of the codes work, try adding 1000, i.e. 1012, 1018 etc.
