TiVo remote(s) giving problems ..

I have a number of remotes, none of them 100% .. is there a repair service? .. Probably more expensive than buying new I suppose ..

There are a number new(?) on the web, but they are all silver .. I prefer the black if I could find one ..

Or will the Virgin Tivo remote operate the original tivo?


Any Thoughts, please?
