I run 3 tivos for family and self and have them set to send daily email ..

Nothing received this past two days,

Is there anything likely to have caused this?

What's the common denominator for all 3 machines?

e.g. Do they all use the same email account to send the email from? Has that account been blocked? Spam filters?


Check the log:

TivoWeb -> Daily Email -> View log

or from a command prompt

tail  -n100  /var/log/dailymail_jazz.log

They all come from 'donotreply@altepg.com' and all addressed to me at my main email ..

Sender not in blocked list .. and forum notification email is from altepg.com so domain is not blocked ..

Also not mentioned in my 'message rules'

Did you check the dailymail log on one of the TiVos?

I don't know how one would do that .. there are no messages on the TiVo

Looks like GMX have changed their policy rules and have started bouncing them:

Ah .. ill have to get myself a non-gmx email address then ..

GMX has always shown one of them as possible spam, despite my telling ut that its ok ..

Spent the morning trying to find how to change the email address that daily mails are sent to ..

The only way I can see is to create a new id , with a new email, and transfer ownership of tivos to that new id ..

is that right .?

All moved to new id, thank you ..

received emails this AM from 2 of the 3 that are seet to report .. see how the other one goes tomorrow

could .... 96a9 have been sent to the old email .. [redacted]@gmx.co.uk?

They were all sent to the new gmail address, and all were accepted for delivery by gmail.
