Thomson Silver Tivo Showing Service No "Not Available"

Today my Tivo starting showing (in System Information) 'Not Available' under Service Number.

And I think consequently it's set the account to status 8 when it's dialled in for updates to AltEpg.

Anyone seen anything like this before and know any solutions?

That's strange. Your TiVo is showing on the system as status 4 (which is ok, although you can get better programme descriptions by confirming your details).

Log-in to your account at http://www.altepg.com (note different to your forum log-in) and check your details. Go to Account Management and check View Server Logs for any clues.

According to the server, you last connected at Fri Mar 5 09:26:13 2021.

Are you sure you are connecting to AltEPG and not connecting to TiVo Inc.?
