AltEPG

Hi,

can someone point me to a link for the ircodes.tar file which Mickb created ? I'm trying to get the codes for the Manhattan SX box, I thought I'd done everything correctly, but it seems I've followed the OzTivo instructions, and the scripts don't work. There was mention that Mickb had modified the scripts to work on the AltEPG image, but I cant find a link to the actual file.

thanks for the file, I have now successfully captured and loaded the IR codes for the ManHattan SX FreeSat box.

Happy to upload the resulting tcl file, with instructions, if there is somewhere to put it.

attached is the updated (ircodes.tar) file which MickB modified to work on the UK AltEPG Tivo image, (thanks Pegasus),which I used to Capture the IR codes for the Manhattan SX FreeSat STB, and a zip file (ManSX.zip) of ManSX.tcl, which contains the generated IR codes (stored as 29995) for the Manhattan SX FreeSat STB, If you have the Manhattan SX STB then this all you need.

the instructions are all in : viewtopic.php?f=8&t=514

basically it will make the Manhattan SX STB codes current on your Tivo, though not selectable as part of the setup.

Just got the Manhattan how do I input the STB codes?

I don't see any instructions there. I have the Manhattan STB and would like to get it working with TiVo.

Pegasus can you help re uploading Manhattan codes to Tivo? I haven't a clue how you would upload anything to Tivo.
