Daily Call - Failed while loading series

Have been having the error "WARNING: Last daily call failed with error of Failed while loading series." reported in Daily Email for the last 4 days now. I've powered off/on the Tivo several times but still no luck.

Test Calls always seem to work.

I've just run another Daily Call from within Tivoweb and this time got "WARNING: Last daily call failed with error of Failed. Call interrupted.". I have had that one in the past, but a power off/on had always cured it.

It's been so long since I've had any other problems at all on the Tivo that I can't remember which log I should look at for more details!

I take it this is only affecting me, as I can't see any other recent references in the Forum.

Could someone please advise which is the best log(s) to scan through?

/var/log/Otclient will show details for the last dial-up.

Other logs which may (but probably won't) be of interest are:
messages
Omessages
tvlog
Otvlog

I've powered up my spare Tivo to try as well, but it hasn't been on for a few years, so will take some time to build it's databases up, no doubt.

Part 1 of Otclient is below; part 2 is in the next Reply as whole text is too big, apparently. It's for this mornings call (extracted from Logs under TWP). Are you able to provide any advise, please? Many thanks. I've "x"d out half oy my IP Address.

Everything there (and on the server's log) looks fine.

You could try downloading a complete epg schedule in case there's something weird stuck in your TiVo's cache of downloaded data.

Log-in to your account, click on the relevant TiVo and then press "Clear Download Logs". Then do a daily call from TiVo.

Pegasus, Many thanks. The "Clear Download Logs" has done the trick. Manual Daily Call has just run successfully.
