Hi All
I have a spare subbed Tivo which hasn't been used for about 6 months and was wondering whether I should set it up again now or leave it under the bed until after the switch-off?
Obviosuly I plan to resurrect it in the long term, but am totally relying on you guys to show me the way in that regard.

Thoughts, advice gratefully recieved.

If it has a lifetime sub or a non-expired monthly sub (i.e. the subs were paid right up until TiVo stopped taking them last October) then you can plug it in now and use it if you want.

If the sub isn't up to date then it will go to "Account Closed" status as soon as it does a Daily Call.


Either way makes no difference as far as the new EPG is concerned (we will need to make changes to the setup and it doesn't matter whether it's Lifetime Sub, Monthly Sub or Account Closed
