Cannot add tivo to altepg

My tivo service number has two letters at the end and altEPG form does not like it.
Any ideas how I can add it?
Any help would be appreciated.

What's the error message? You just have to append the final six hex digits (range 0-9 and A-F) of your number to what is on the form.

Tried again and it worked fine
