Connected but missing data

My unmodified dial-up TiVo has been working successfully on AltEPG since Sat 30 May.
It completed its 3rd successful daily call last Friday 10 June and *says* it has guide data up to 24 June, but it actually only has data up to this Sat 18 June. The call seemed to download loads of data as it the call lasted a long time and it took about 90 mins to "load" it.
I haven't managed to connect since (presumably the single modem is busy), and in the meantime I've done a reboot for good measure (and to see TiVo Buddy ). Any explanation. Do people think it will sort itself when I next get a slot on the modem?
