unable to download fresh EPG

I have only 3 days program data left.
Forcing my Tivo to make daily call results in (frequent) engaged. That's OK I understand the limitation of lines.
BUT
When I finally get through, it either "sets the clock" and hangs up or "gets account status" and hangs up!
No download, no new prog guide!

What's wrong??

could be that you need to re-register the tivo..

I had this, and becuse there was a user purge some time back, my tivo was not allowed to access, so account was closed.

re-registering, and running again sorted it for me

I don't think that that is the problem, I should have added that my account status shows as "4 Tivo internal testing"
It might be worth a try though, thanks for the suggestion.
