I am using dial up for my tivo.i made the changes to the altepg last sunday and like a lot of people i had problems getting through on the 0127 number.when i finally got through,tivo download all the data and it started working correctly.then i noticed that the daily download failed every day.i then had a note ( i have never seen before) on the bottom of the screen saying i have only "5 days of programme data,make a daily call"
A manule call failed.i then reset my tivo, started the setup and changed the dial up number to 08450 and the down load completed BUT now tivo fails after the download with "indexing failed try again",i have done this 5 time now and cant continue...
cant i reset tivo and start all over again.
at the moment i am stuck,i cant go forward and i cant go back ?
does anyone have any idea's.
i would miss my tivo if it failed at this point..
