Help, rebooting when processing daily call data!

Hello all,
I'm having a problem today with the daily call over network. It connects, downloads data, and then gets to "Loading Data 80%" and promptly reboots. It is doing this (daily call) about once an hour and keeps rebooting. Last weekend I upgraded it to the latest version of AltEpg - 1.0C plus patch, just in case this has any bearing on the problem, but it has been making it's daily calls quite happily for the last seven days without any problems.
Advice and guidance greatly appreciated.

happening to many of us. Unplug network cable to stop tivo re-trying the call until it's fix on the server is the best advice at the moment, and use this thread:

Failed. Number not answering.
