What's your tivo's service number? The Tivo I thought was registered to you hasn't called the server since February so I think I must have the wrong one.

If it is successfully calling the server then there is a diagnostics package you can download and run that will tell you what IP address your tivo is using.

Hi
I have two tivos the one you have a record of is the one I use if my mane TiVo breaks down. I am not sure what the serial number is as it's quite hard to get to as it's in a cabinet and other boxes on top. But I got it from TiVo central.co.uk. Yes it makes a daily call fine, so I would like to down load software, what's the name of the software?

You could also read the logfiles onscreen with one of the backdoor codes, and the TiVo service number is in the logs :)

Not sure how to forward ports on a Huawie HG520B. Want to use tivoweb outside my network but not sure if i am doing it write?
if someone could give me instruction, thanks for any help :D
