BT Infinity Upgrade Complete

Postby healeydave » Wed Mar 30, 2011 9:30 am

Hi Guy's,

As previously mentioned, the site was unavailable this morning due to being switched over to Infinity.

I'm still trying to find stuff in this new router, but I think the main stuff should be working.

I'll keep checking, but meanwhile, let me know if there are any issues, bearing in mind that the engineer said the link might waver a lot during the settling down period!?
Dunno how accurate that is but hey ho.

D.

Yeah, I don't really know whats going on, I'm not sure if its DNS issues or what, I had a complete loss of Service from 12am which was apparently scheduled maintenance, not sure if its related or not.
But its annoying the hell out of me now, sometimes pages respond quickly but some of the images are missing, even though I know for sure its not a physical file issue.

I changed my host recently and it took a couple of weeks to settle down.

Some of it was my fault and some not.

I'm starting to think its beyond my control, because in the last half hour, things my end seem to have speeded back up again.

I think the engineer said it would be all over the place to begin with, I wasn't sure what he meant by that and I kinda discarded it thinking it didn't make any sense but now I'm starting to wonder.
