Changing ALT-EPG registered eMail address

I need to change the eMail address that is linked to my ALT-EPG account - but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that

I have the same issue. The email address linked to the AltEPG registration for my TiVo will stop working on 31st Aug, so I need to update it. I've tried emailing info@altepg.com (and, subsequently, forum@altepg.com), but both return an undeliverable error:
'550 5.4.316 Message expired, connection refused(Socket error code 10061)'
I had a similar problem trying to change the email address associated with my forum login ("the specified user is currently inactive ... please contact a board administrator" - but how, if I can't log in?), and have had to create this new account which, oddly, was approved OK.

The email address linked to the AltEPG registration for my TiVo will stop working on 31st Aug, so I need to update it.

There is a workaround if you can't get the email address changed. Create a new AltEPG Account with the new email address (much like you did for the forum login) and then you will be able to use "Transfer Ownership" in "Account Management" to move the TiVo over to the new account.
