Wanted: Cachecard Memory Stick

I never did get round to finding the right memory module for the TiVo Cachecard so if anybody has the correct one for sale I'd be interested ?

In fact, two would be good, so I have a backup machine covered.

I think any bog-standard PC133 512MB SDRAM DIMM (non ECC; unbuffered) memory stick will do.

Used to be standard fit in old PCs so there should be plenty on eBay.
