TiVo Web failing

After my TiVo has been up for more than a few days, TiVoWeb starts failing with errors like this:

It's been doing it for a while and I usually end up rebooting the box - but it would be good to know WHY and whether there's something I can do about it

What were you doing at the time?

The error message is kind-of suggesting there's a programme in the Now Playing list which doesn't exist/is broken on disc. That error message isn't very helpful: what specific object, and why can't you open it?!

But why TiVo should wait several days before burping is weird. (I would've expected the first time you displayed NPL.)

I would normally initiate a green screen and see if TiVo can fix its database.
