Number unobtainable getting EPG

Can someone tells me what the number shoulkd be as I have now connected tivo to the router via an ethernet rather than the troublesome powerline adapters and still get the message. Its started since a power cut so I wonder if its got corrupted?

Just realised it won't be dialling up it will be accessing via the internet.
