29May - tivo says no more guide data

I switched to AltEPG during the week and since doing that, Tivo is convinced there is no guide data beyond 29 May. I can see AltEPG data up to 6th June but today Tivo had a big system message saying there is no more guide data available, please make a daily call.

Also, the ToDo listing hasn't got anything scheduled past 3rd June but there should be stuff scheduled on Sat 4th and Sun 5th.
When I do a view upcoming on my SPs, they stop at 3rd June but as I said, I have AltEPG data up to 6th June.

Under messages & setup, System Information what is your Tivo account status?

Also details of last phone call?

Lastly which changeover method did you use?

Account status = 4 Tivo internal testing
Last call Sunday 29th May at 02:26, successfull

Used the networked tivo method with tivo image.

Seems really strange. There is EPG data for the 4th, 5th and 6th but view upcoming and the todo list can't see past the 3rd.

Silly question but have you tried rebooting? I sometimes have problems getting things indexed which a reboot fixed. Don't do it during the initial indexing after guided setup though!

Could try a reboot although I have rebooted once since the switch to AltEPG. It does seem that Tivo thinks there is no more guide data and as a result, has switched off all of its functions so no access to season passes, recording or anything. Only manual recording.

Did a hard reboot and Tivo now says guide data to June 13 and SPs are all working again.
