WIP sub-forum and start conversing with Stephen (Kitschcamppalace) and Stuart (TCM2007), these guys have a good understanding on the logistics of getting this up and running.
That goes for anyone who has time and skills like PHP, TCL Scripting, Perl, SQL etc.
