Sagem Freesat box & Tivo

Hi all - I recently moved to a house which only has a satellite dish. I previously used the Tivo with Freeview. So off I went and bought a Sagem DS186 Freesat unit and am now trying to get it working. Once I get to the point in guided setup where I select the set top box model, there is no Sagem option. Would anyone have any ideas if it's possible to get this working ? Would be a great shame if not - I've been mighty impressed with the Altepg work.

I believe it is possible to add new IR codes to a TiVo but it isn't something I have done and it looks tricky. Take a look at this thread and see if you want to pursue it

If it was me I'd try and exchange the sagem for something that is supported (e.g. Humax FoxSat).

I once briefly used a Sagem. I forget which code number I used but in the list of manufacturers were FREEVIEW (1 of 3), FREEVIEW (2 OF 3) and FREEVIEW (3 OF 3) and I was using one of the codes under one of these manufacturers.
